We have been exploring flavours to create the perfect bite. 
Here we combine sour, sweet and umami.

The umami of pickled grapes with the sweetness of honeycomb and the sour of goat cheese make this a complex but beautiful mouthful.

It sounds fancy but trust us it’s so easy to make.  Simply grab yourself our Huntley & Palmers Pumpkin Sunflower & Chia Baked Oat Thins for a gentle crunch.  Then spread on your favourite goat cheese, topped with fresh honeycomb, and the pickled grapes.

 

To make the pickled grapes

- Wash and halve a handful of red grapes.

- Mix together 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, half a teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of fresh thyme.

- Leave for 30 mins for grapes to pickle

 

Wine match

The citrus sweetness of Sauvignon Blanc perfectly complements the tang of the goat cheese. We love Crafters Union Sauvingnon Blanc
