Ingredients

200g of streaky dry cured bacon
2 fresh pears
1 log of creamy French style goat's cheese

 

Steps

Step 1.
Bake or fry rashers of streaky dry cured bacon until slightly golden and crisp

Step 2.
Serve broken up rasher shards on a platter with sliced fresh pear and crumbled French style creamy goat cheese  

Step 3.
Serve with delicious Huntley & Palmers Flatbread
