Easy / Huntley & Palmers Baked Oat Thins

Sticky honeycomb and earthy walnuts balance the creamy tang of fresh goat cheese. Pair with the slightly tart flavours of Cranberry, Coconut & Honey Baked Oat Thins

Ingredients

2 logs of French style goat cheese 
Honeycomb
Basil leaves and/or edible flowers - we used rosemary flowers
Walnuts
 

Steps

Step 1.
Using the back of a spoon, smear both logs of goat’s cheese onto the Huntley & Palmers Cranberry, Coconut & Honey Oat Thins.
 

Step 2.
Top with a chunk of honeycomb, torn basil leaves or edible flowers and walnuts.

Step 3.
Allow guests to assemble their own cracker or arrange on a platter.

 

TIP

If you don't have rosemary flowers, most gardens are rich with other edible varieties such as pansies, lavender, borage, chive flowers or violet.
