If you like sushi, you'll love this guacamole makeover. The creaminess of the avocado mellows the heat of the wasabi and complements the crunch of the Baked Oat Thins
3 ripe avocados
2 teaspoons of wasabi paste (or according to taste)
juice of 1 large lime
1 handful of coriander, roughly chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds, to serve
Step 1.
Halve and stone avocados. Using a spoon, scoop out flesh into a bowl.
Step 2.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds then season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to roughly mash everything together.
Step 3.
